1. Who we are
This website (veloxgroup.app/veloxcoin) belongs to Velox Group, the controller responsible for processing the data described here. For any privacy matter, write to veloxcoin@veloxgroup.app.
2. What the website does not do
- It does not use cookies.
- It stores nothing in the visitor's browser.
- It has no visitor analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- It does not ask for registration, a name, an email address or any other personal data.
Fonts, images and 3D models come from this same website, with no requests to other services while you browse.
3. Hosting
The website is hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting. As with any server, the hosting service receives the IP address and technical browser data (device type, requested page) to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. Velox Group does not use this data to identify visitors.
4. When you write to us
If you send us an email, we receive your email address and what you wrote. We use this only to reply, and we keep it for as long as needed for the conversation and to comply with legal obligations.
5. Links to other sites
Services you open from here (VeloxWallet, PolygonScan, social media) have their own privacy policies. What happens on the Polygon blockchain is public by nature: anyone can see addresses and transactions.
6. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of whether we process your data, access to it, its correction, its deletion and the other measures provided for by law. People in the European Union have equivalent rights under the GDPR. Just write to veloxcoin@veloxgroup.app. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the data protection authority of your country.
7. Changes
If the website starts processing other data, this policy will be updated beforehand, with the new date at the top.
